Yesterday I was searching the Internet for new ideas for handmade greeting cards and I came across some beautiful pop up cards. I think it’s a great alternative to traditional cards so I tried to prepare one.
The pop up element you can see here is a green three-tier cake with candles. Next to the cake I put some birthday wishes.
I was so preoccupied with making the inner part of the card that I totally forgot about the front page. The only thing I could think of were flowers, but I didn’t know how to arrange them. So I just put three single Malaysian flowers on the card. I am happy with the pop up cake, but I don’t like the front page here. It’s chaotic and boring. Shame on me. Next time I’ll do better.
